Welcome to Gillian Juergens Photography. By accessing or using our website (gill-photography.com.au), making a booking, or engaging our photography services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or website.

1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Gillian Juergens Photography (“we”, “us”, “our”) to our clients (“you”, “your”), including photography sessions, digital file delivery, website usage, and online bookings.

2. Services Offered

We provide lifestyle photography services, which may include (but are not limited to):

Maternity, newborn, family, and wedding sessions
On-location and in-home photography
Photo editing and retouching
Digital delivery of high-resolution images
Optional print products or albums (if offered)

Full details of available packages, pricing, and inclusions are listed on our website or discussed during booking.

3. Booking and Payment

A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your session date. This will be communicated at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted methods.
Session dates are not confirmed until your deposit has been received.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate your new date.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may forfeit the booking fee.
In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule due to illness, weather, or emergency, we will offer an alternative date or a refund of any fees paid.

5. Image Delivery and Usage

Edited digital images will be delivered via a secure online gallery within the timeframe advised (typically 2–4 weeks).
You will receive a licence for personal use of the delivered images. This includes sharing on social media and printing for personal use.
You may not sell, edit, filter, or use the images for commercial purposes without written permission.
We retain the copyright to all images as the creator under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

6. Photographer’s Rights

We reserve the right to use selected images for portfolio, website, or social media marketing purposes, with your prior written consent.
We will never use or publish your images without obtaining this permission first. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

7. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring all participants arrive on time and are prepared for the session.
Please inform us of any accessibility needs, health concerns, or special requests in advance.
